It is a different class of steam locomotive and especially utilized for freight traffic. Its last run was between Bhusawal to Nepanagar on dt. 24.03.1992. (Base depot BSL Loco Shed C.R). WG 10253 (Boiler No-08584), built in 1955 by Chittaranjan Locomotive Works, had been pedestalled at Zonal Training Centre Bhusawal since dt. 17.05.1998.
